Too many cons for the price

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything from your neighbors. I moved out recently because the property management does not fix anything unless you complain no less than 100 times. The neighbors who live there are super disrespectful and are mostly narcissists. If you want a super stressful living experience while paying top dollar, then this place is for you. Despite the recent property management change, the property manager literally does nothing... when he visits the property. The apartment is surrounded by homeless and I saw a homeless person sleeping in the gated garage while I was living there. I wouldn’t recommend living here even to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. You’ll thank me later. Lastly, don’t fall for their schemes when they try to get you to rent. They will overpromise and underdeliver on everything they tell you.
