Bad business

Very bad business, they told me my income didn't meet the requirements to get a cosigner so I did , i got two at that. I pass then they offer me a deal to pay 2x the deposit with cosigners I have . But wasn't my income not enough. How can anyone afford that .

CAUTION: DIRTY!!!

I wish I could include pictures to back up this review statement, but this apartment has a bad trash issue . There is ONE dumpster in the front of the property that over flows with trash every 1-3 day . Managed does not get it cleaned up promptly thus has Welcomed insects into my apartment , homeless to dig in the trash, and making the staircase inaccessible Created a safety issue.

stay away from this place!

If you are looking for a new peaceful apartment to live in well, this isn’t the one. This is going to be a lengthy review about the trashiest apt I have ever lived in.

This place is beautiful and has so much potential and the hallway are always nice and clean with air conditioning . This is an old building, which means the ceilings and walls are very thin! I can literally hear the neighbors heavy foot steps, having sex, fighting , phone calls and unfortunately this is a party building! There’s...
a lot of young people in the building of course, but still it’s too much. Having parties , playing loud music throughout the day and at nights. If you have a day time jobs and need to get to bed early, this is definitely not the right place for you. After the sun goes down, the parties are just getting started. Yes the walls are impossibly thin!

Neighbors seem to be disrespectful and careless; banging things , cleaning loudly late at night or moving furniture whenever they feel like it.

About the location, there is no parking. If you own a car it will take you 30 mins or more to find a parking spot. Also it is close to the park which attract a lot of homeless people who keep coming into the building. They gather in the laundry room doing drugs, smoking , and just hanging out! And at night they go to the back of the building patio to hang out and talk all night. If you pick this place as a new home be prepared to share it with the homeless population. Of course they don’t pay rent, but to make things worse they steal delivery packages!!

The dumpster in front of the building is always a big mess. Trash everywhere and it makes the building look very dirty. Crack heads always gather there and make a big mess.

Jasmine the site manager is nice enough but she never solves problems or big issues like homeless people coming into the building.

I highly recommend you stay away from this place!! Don’t let the beautiful apt rooms fool you, you will never be happy here!!!

This is a party building!

While the units and building are truly stunning this building is made entirely of studios which attract young party people. Loud music throughout most days and nights, lots of people coming and going constantly. The placement of the dumpster in front of the building attracts homeless people and causes consistent build up of trash right at the entrance. On site manager is fantastic and fast to respond but doesn’t have much control over big issues such as homeless people sleeping in laundry room... and tenants allowing their dogs to use back patio and not picking up after. Beware- this building is GORGEOUS but loud and trying.

Loooove this apartment building!

I absolutely love what they did to this 1920's building! Everything is just breathtaking! from the very few steps i made into The Eleanor Apartments, I just knew this would be my future home.

The floors, the wallpaper, the decor, everything looks amazing! You can tell that the owners put a lot of work and detailing in their renovations. Management is great and the application was fast and easy!

I'm glad to call this place home :)
