Amadeus Apartments

I really liked these apartments, close to everything, and being on the fourth floor I had a beautiful view. Two bedrooms each with their own bathroom made it ideal for a roommate situation. They have a pool that I never used, a private balcony, and I was fortunate not to have tandem parking, all that and it's like a block away from being a Studio City address so the neighborhood is terrific. I'd give the place five stars!

It is a nice place but the water is constantly shut off due to leaks. I've had my wall ripped apart 3 times to fix these leaks and the plumbers and painters hired are not reliable to show up on time. Including the pipes in the wall being replaced, there's been at least 6 water leaks in this apartment over 2 years that needed someone to come and fix it.
