Horrible service

Not a past, current or future tenant but did make an appointment to see the unit with the manager on a Saturday morning. Drove from Long Beach area to Panorama City for this and when we are in front of the building, I call her and she says she is on her way to Pasadena for an emergency. Ok, fair. But she said she will try to get her husband to show us the unit. I said ok through the intercom and she hung up on me. Waited 5 minutes. No call back. No one showed up to let us in. What a waste. Will... not consider the apartment again.

Small , expensive better than being homeless

I have 2 kids , decided to rent a 2 bedroom .Money is tight because their father passed away , don't receive child support . Lease is up in Nov. , don't if I can stay here. Already working 2 jobs. The free rent for a year would help us alot . We can stop going to food banks for most of our food.

BAD MANAGEMENT!!!

So my husband and I were looking to view the apartment as we had just driven by and seen the sign. We called and got no response at 12:10pm so we figured the manager was at lunch. After checking out the building next door we tried to call again and this time a very unprofessional man answered and we asked if we could see the apartment for rent. He informed us it's by appointment only and we said fine. When are you available next and he said I don't show anything until after 7pm. We thought we... misheard and asked again and sounding annoyed he again stayed after 7pm. I understand the need to have a few days where you accommodate people who work during the day but how does this manager expect to rent out his units if he has this poor policy in place and a thuggish demeanor even over the phone. I'm wondering what the propriety company is hiding by not allowing potential tenants to view the place in the day time!
