(2) Each adult applicant applies online & pays a credit report fee of
$49.99 directly to 3rd party provider "Rent Spree" which provides a rental application & Trans-Union screening package, which includes a full credit report, criminal background check & eviction related proceedings. Rent Spree automatically sends Housing Provider all of the documents
(3) Tenant must UPLOAD the below Documents to Rent Spree:
- Government-issued ID (drivers license, ID or passport)
- Proof of Income (2-most recent pay stubs)
- Bank Statement (2-most recent bank statements)
- W-2s + Income Tax Returns (2-most recent years)
- Self Employed Applicants - 24-months BUSINESS bank statements
- send ALL PAGES including BLANK ones
(4) NOTE If you prefer to not apply online or pay Rent Spree - each applicant must
1). obtain their own CURRENT copy of a Full credit report (all pages)
2). request a PDF Application from Housing Provider
