We are looking for a roommate in late 20's to mid 30's. We are hard working professionals during the week who enjoy the beach lifestyle on the weekends, volleyball, mimosa brunch, and Hermosa and Manhattan pier nightlife as well as golf.
House has washer/dryer, outside Weber natural gas grill hooked up to the house gas line, electric smoker, internet, tv, and street parking only for this rental. House is a short uber to Hermosa / Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach piers and the beaches
Prefer non smokers, no drugs, no pets, and someone who is respectful of their roommates during the week but does like to have fun on the weekends.
