The complex is more expensive than it should be for its age. For residents that have been long term, there should be redone kitchen cabinets doors available.

Great Place To Live
Mosaic is a great place to live, nice location and a great staff. Maintenance requests are always repaired on time and the leasing team and both managers are always kind and willing to help. The only concern I have is the gym. It’s old and outdated.

Don’t really have anything bad to say about the actual apartment or complex. I only have two gripes. One is with the front office. It almost impossible to get an email back from them. I get it gets busy but it happens with every single email. We were accused of leaving our dog out unintended which was completely untrue. I spoke to the front office and emailed them and never got a response back. Just one of the many examples. The other is the residents not respecting the trash rooms. The office... has sent out emails after emails so there’s nothing much they can do except placing cameras I guess but we should as a community be able to respect the cleaning crew and just follow the rules. Sometimes I’ll walk in there and just feel bad for the cleaning crew the next day.

Mosaic Apartments is a great community. I’ve been here for 3 years and have had a wonderful experience so far. The staff, the maintenance people all are helpful. The amenities are always in good shape! It’s a pretty safe community as well so that’s good. The apartments are spacious and get a lot of sunlight. Would definitely recommend to my friends who might be looking ever.
