Nice location but roaches!!
I loved the location and the studio itself was nice and pretty quiet but the roach problem throughout the entire building was unmanageable. I had exterminators and plenty of poison and traps, deep cleaned my studio once a week, didn’t cook any food for fear of crumbs and the cold months made the issue even worse I stayed with my friend for 2 months it was so bad.
