Newhope Village Apartments

The assistant manager is rude. When asked for simple tasks she is incapable and request you contact the manager who’s in a different apt complex for anything. They all lie regarding deadlines for apartment fixtures. Horrible experience. Unfriendly communication is management.

In my opinion I found out what is a neighbor in this place that has no parking because the manager does not give them anything and much less bothers to help the people in that village always has his vehicle in the visitors and when my visitors come they do not have where to park and are not so nice the apartments a little worn by the use and before the events of the people who manage the place is too expensive.

Very bad place are disque very attached to the rules but no more what suits the manager I am allergic to dogs and cats what is not allowed here and several neighbors have animals and NO! They are service and about the parking they say they do not want cars like storage and here there are several and when you ask for an extra parking they tell you that there are not and sometimes empty spaces ... It is not worth the apartments but the manager has does not work for that position is a cule ...
