How Is This Rating Determined?

Full of screaming kids everywhere and no manager intervention

This was a great place to live until about a year ago when management changed and the toddlers look over. Apparently it’s perfectly fine for kids to be screaming and crying throughout the complex common areas from 8am to 11pm. Good look if you are required to work from home, or would like to sit in your living room and watch tv in peace.
