This is a slum for sure. They hardly do maintenance and it was roach infested. Mold testing needs to be done, there was black mold everywhere. The price was cheap but not cheap enough for how terrible it was. Everything was falling apart and the landlord doesn't even clean the apartment in between tenants.

I have lived here almost a year. There are pros and cons.
Pros : it is relatively quiet except for occasionally loud music or talking. The walls are thin, so if neighbors turn their tv up you can hear it. It is also clean, no bugs. I haven't seen anything but an occasional fly since living here. The price is cheap too. I feel mostly safe here except for the marijuana and people blocking the gate open with rocks.
Cons : while the apartment manager is nice, he is hard to get hold of. It says... on-site but he often is not. Sometimes he doesn't respond even when texted. There's air conditioning but it doesn't cool well. This is a smoke free community, but the. Eighbkr marijuana travels through the walls and pipes. We smell it more days than not in our unit. We have an infant and this is the one thing that we cannot tolerate even for lower rent prices. It's bad and often enough I've. Even going to the doctor for headaches from it and will be moving out asap. While the apartments say they've tried and can do nothing, it's a smoke free building so I think they don't want to. Bother with it. Which doesn't make me want to continue paying rent here where they don't care about me or my family. Lastly, street parking is difficult, a spot can usually be found but it's a decent walk away depending on when you come home from work.
Overall: it's cheap if you're on a right budget then this place is worth considering. It's clean, sage, affordable. Hiwever, go here knowing that maintenance or anything will take a while unless it's an emergency. Also be willing to put up with neighbors sound and smell through the wall. And this is not a smoke free community as stated in the lease.
I would recommend living here if you absolutely have to due to income, but not if you could afford anywhere else and definitely not with a family.
