We offer month-to-month, no-lease/no-commitment, completely furnished shared rooms with an awesome list of amenities plus weekly activities for all our members where you are always invited, yet never obligated.

We have four large common areas with comfy sectional couches, big-screen TVs, fast WIFI, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, etc. We also have a gym, yoga room, co-working space, theater room, weekly workout classes, biweekly vegan dinners, daily cleaning of all common areas, monthly lecture series, and plenty more. Outside, we have a recreation area with a yoga deck, rooftop lounge, barbecue, and outdoor meditation area!

Beautiful living experience

Living at haven has been such an enjoyable experience. I’ve lived at haven for 6 months and I’ve found myself enjoying it more every week. Everyone is very accepting and it feels like a family! Not to mention how beautiful our home is, and it is always very clean. I would recommend haven to anyone looking for a built in community and creative network in LA! Truly a one of a kind experience.

Highly Recommend

My experience at Haven has been nothing short of amazing! I’ve lived here for several months and have nothing but good things to say! The facility is beautiful and the residents are fabulous! Not to mention, we’re in a great location and live a few blocks away from the beach! There are so many perks to co-living so I highly recommend it for those of you looking to save money and build community! Couldn’t think of better place to call my home!

I love haven

I have been living at haven for 8 months now, and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. The community here is so loving and welcoming. I love the amenities that haven provides to us, like the classes taught by members or the friends that you get to meet while living here. Haven does a great job of making sure everything is safe and clean.
Thank you haven I’m excited for the future.
I highly recommend taking a tour with the James who is a great manager and always is on top of taking care of... things around the house.

Great place to live, especially if new in town.

(Penmar Location) I just moved to LA and knew I wanted to move to co-living since I knew not many people in the area. Haven has been a great plug-and-play family where I have met all kinds of unique and interesting people. Everyone here likes to collaborate with each other and there is a very warm feeling to the members. The house itself is gorgeous, open-air with a gym and coworking space available and two hot tubs. Outdoor showers, one mile from the beach, life is very good here. The only... downside is that the neighborhood is a bit dirty and there is a homeless/theft problem.
