To start the upcoming holiday season, I want to live in a Tuscan-style, three story townhome in Woodland Hills, preferably an end unit, with an attached two car garage and direct access into the unit. I want to be near all the fantastic shopping and... restaurants along Topanga Canyon Boulevard and easily able to drive over the hill to the Beach. It would be great to be close to Ventura Boulevard for additional access to shopping and restaurants. I love buying my healthy groceries at Amazon Fresh, Ralph’s, Sprouts, Smart & Final and for kicks Trader Joe’s, so these groceries stores must be nearby. I require a large upstairs primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and tiled shower, plus plenty of closet space. Upstairs, I also need two more bedrooms and another bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Having two linen closets upstairs would be a bonus! On the lower level, it would be really cool to have a large open kitchen with a wet bar and a side pantry with a wine refrigerator. Oh, and a powder room should be near the kitchen as well. I want a large dining area that also has a cool architectural feature like a split-level living room area that gives the whole place a flowing open concept feeling. As my physical and mental well-being is important, I need to be close to Yoga, Pilates, Meditation studios, 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness “Premiere Club” and Orange Theory. For outdoor activity, it would be great to go to a park with a recreation center and pool. Even better yet, it would be great to have a pool right there in the townhome complex! Oh, did I mention that I must have a washer and dryer? I sure hope I can find my dream place…..Oh wait, HERE it is, everything I have been looking for!
