Disgusting
This place is absolutely disgusting the reviews regarding “no roaches” is a lie they do not address the valet trash vendors leaving trash behind.
The laundry rooms are VERY dirty all the time I’ve never seen it clean majority of them do not even work & they do not fix them. If you come in to tour have them show you so you can see it yourself. Laundry rooms are always unlocked for anyone to come in.
Parking is terrible they have so many unused covered parking space's cause they claim they have... assigned parking but don’t even know who has what. Don’t even think of leaving when you have an uncovered parking cause you won’t have a parking space they prefer to not tow vehicles that have been sitting for months than tagging them & getting it removed cause they do not want to walk the property. Even right infront of the community the area where prospects come in to view the property parking have so many unmoved vehicles Leaving residents with 2 vehicles to figure it out & you have ghetto people who stand in an empty parking space until someone they know comes with a vehicle to take the parking spot. All because they don’t have control of the parking. Even though on the lease agreement it clearly states “ unmotorized vehicles will be towed within 48hours” that’s not the case. When we first moved in the apartment complex it was decent now you can forget it.
Office staff NEVER answers the office line, you have to personally take time off your own Job to show up & get assistance once I was there the phone rang multiple times & there was 2 office staff & did they bother answering the phone ABSOLUTELY NOT. Emails? Ha don’t even bother. I wish a regional manager can get control of this property.
I CANNOT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE OVER!
I will definitely be updating you guys if they even care or any improvements.
