Bullard West Apartments

THE WORST MANAGEMENT!!! IT'S A FAMILY OF INCOMPETENTS! MY ASSIGNED PARKING WAS NEXT TO THE OFFICE AND EVERYBODY LOVES TO PARK THERE THINKING IT WAS A GUEST/DISABLED PARKING. IT WAS THE 5TH TIME SINCE WE'VE BEEN HERE AND THEY ARE NOT DOING NOTHING AND NEVER LISTEN TO US, THE TENANT! MY CAR WAS ACTUALLY THE ONE WHO GOT TOWED INSTEAD OF THE ILLEGAL PARKER AND PAID DEARLY FOR IT! WE ASKED THAT THEY PUT A CLEAR SIGN ON OUR SPOT SINCE AND ALL THEY CAN GIVE US WAS THAT UNRELIABLE TOWING COMPANY. THESE... INCOMPETENTS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!! WISH THE OWNERS COULD KNOW THAT IT IS BEING RAN BY THESE CREATURES. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SKILLS WHATSOEVER! THEY DON'T EMPATHIZED AND APOLOGIZED FOR THIS! BEING IN THE MILITARY, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. DON'T COME HERE, WE'RE LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME AS WE SPEAK. Lee mas

I have lived here since they built these apartments and it is a very nice, quiet and peaceful place to live. New manager is awesome! She's a very sweet young lady who knows how to handle things and makes sure everyone is happy, she's also always is in a Positive mood and never fails to make my day! YOU GO GIRL!!! Mel & Karla the previous managers were polite as well. I have never had a problem with the staff or new ownership, each time i request a work order it gets fixed right away. I... ABSOLUTELY LOVE that parking is being enforced now, it makes the property look very professional and not all crammed. The only people who complain are the ones who park illegally knowing that EVERYONE got a Warning on their door saying "WARNING Please do not park behind garages or on the fire lanes Park vehicles in your authorized stall you are assigned to. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense." like what more do you want?!!! Gardner's do a great job also! Tree trimmers come about 1 time a year and trim the trees so that they can bloom beautifully, it is Obviously a 2-3 day process since there is a lot of trees, but after that everything is clear and clean. lol oh yeah and of course people move in and out, that is the way this business works. So that girl below sounds ridiculous!! ANYWAYS i love it here and i will continue to live here for a very long time! THANK YOU BULLARD WEST APARTMENTS. Owners & Management :))))YOU ROCK!!! I've lived here for 5 years & Bullard West apartments used to be a very nice, well kept and friendly environment. Mel, our old manager knew everyone and was an experienced manager. With new management coming in within the last year or so the community has gone down hill. Where there used to be flower beds, there are now dry bushes, people have been moving in & out like crazy, there is absolutely no parking for your guests now and if they try to park in your area they get towed immediately with... no warning knowing that it's in your area, the security guard kicks everyone out of the pool at 7pm in the middle of summer per new management's request (it's not even dark out at 7), the gardeners and tree trimmers leave a mess when they come, you can easily go outside and trip on branches when they've been here. I can go on and on. I would not recommend this place to anyone, needless to say they will be losing a 5 year tenant within these next few months. Lee mas
