DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!!

What a joke this place turned out to be. If you enjoy terrible customer service then this is the place for you! If you have any dignity stay far away from this place!! I would live at a homeless shelter before i ever rented from them!!!

I live here and its just my opinion

I've been living here for 5 years now and I must let you know the truth about this place. Its definitely livable and cheap. But at the end of the day you get what you pay for. They always changing new management so if something wrong you need to take care of it immediately. I Notice i live on the good side i guess. People on the other aren't bad but they kids are another story. I writing this review only because I talk to the assisant manager and i must say he was very knowable and veryone in... the office was only was to talk to him. He was very professional and could provide you with documents to back up what he was talking about. I would give management 5 stars and the property 3 stars

Horrible experience

The apartment complex changes management time and time again. Problems are not fixed or are not looked into for months. The health department has closed the pools for the last 3 years. The information is never consistent. They never give you a straight answer. It smells horrible in some areas, trashes overflowing, and homeless everywhere. No security that cares. I recommend not living here if you get the chance.

Horrible

I stayed here for 4 1/2 years the first 3 years was great until they continued to go threw different property managements. Every new management that came said I owed over $900 in back rent. They didn't have no receipts that showed that rent was being paid from the previous management. I had to always verify with the receipts I saved to show that I paid my rent on time. Never had a roach problem until the 4th year when new tenants moved in an my apartment was roach infested. The tenants ran that... apartment down it is nasty and the tenants were loud all hours of the night. The tenants that I lived near were nasty and loud I am so happy I left this apartment complex.
