RUN!!!! Do not rent here!

Poor management AKA Maggie. Never to be seen until rent is due. It was such a hassle to get in contact with her. This management team has terrible communication skills. All they know is to take money and not return it. They withheld my security deposit and charged me extra for cleaning fees when moving out. My 50 mother and my 8 month pregnant self stayed late to clean several days. They gave me no reasons as to why they withheld my deposit. Never again!

Look elsewhere

By far the worst place I have ever rented. It’s been 6 weeks since I moved out and still have not received my security deposit. The dumpsters are always full and trash spills out into the parking. A neighbors dog left droppings several times on my porch. Any issues that I brought to the manager were ignored. Nice location, but the maintenance of the property made it look terrible. I spent 5 hours cleaning the apartment and was still charged a $150 cleaning fee.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I will say no STAR at all. Ask me about the security deposit, to save the space for me while processing my application. After that no calls if we get approve or not, call them to ask to refund my money, they said it is not refundable. You are improperly withholding and misusing the security deposit and I never live in that place. You got free money! I do not recommend this apartment.

Nice place to live

I have lived her for 1 year and just renewed my lease.This is a nice place to live and it is very clean and quiet and the staff is very good.
