Dirty and Crumbling
First of all, management is not here 2 days out of the week and when they are, their doors are closed a lot.
Second, the walls and insulation are weak. You will hear people yawning through the walls. Footsteps, music bass, etc.
Third, the place must be sinking into the ground and to me, it's like every time after an earthquake, there's more sinking. The floors are fun house. Notice them as you walk the halls. The are tilted and ceiling columns are cracking.
The will increase your rent so... high that everyone I knew that lived here when I moved in are gone. You will have to move again.

We noticed this review was submitted anonymously, which often indicates it’s from a current resident—likely frustrated about a rental increase. Regarding rent increases, we strive to remain competitive while balancing rising operational costs....
Regarding office hours, yes, the team is off two days a week—as is standard for a seven-day week work schedule. When we are on-site, we’re actively managing the property, which sometimes includes being away from our desks or in meetings. We encourage residents to reach out by phone, email, or by submitting requests through the portal.
As for the structural and maintenance concerns mentioned, if you’re experiencing anything specific, we urge you to submit a work order. We understand that building age and sound insulation can be factors in any multifamily community in general. Thank you.
