The Union Apartamentos

The Oakland apartments leasing specialist is very unprofessional. I gave a $500.00 deposit and when I called to cancel and get my money back I was told I will get an email within 3 days. Never happened, it's been two weeks and know she doesn't answer her phone nor calls back. Very unprofessional. If you want a headache and lose your money lease from them. I will be getting legal advice.

The Union Apartments provides a full Oakland experience with views of Downtown Oakland, Oakland port, and San Francisco. There’s also access to all freeways and public transportation such as BART and AC Transit. Lastly, the parking garage and gym are very convenient.

Honestly I really like how up to date everything is! Especially the style of units. Especially the interior of the units. The apartment complex is pretty kept up, but can always improve! Overall great first experience at an apartment complex.

I absolutely LOVE my apartment. I just moved in recently and so far it has been nothing but smooth sailing. From the accurate reviews on Google, working with Tahlia, Victoria, and Miriam, everyone has nothing but helpful and courteous!! The pictures look just like the actual apartment when you take your tour either virtually or in person. That was one BIG thing that really sealed the deal for me because alot of times companies will put the model apt on their website to show and get you all... excited to potentially rent at their complex, but when you get there it's nothing like what you thought it would be when you get your apt. Not here at the Union!! I got exactly what was advertised!! I honestly love that I get the privilege to call this place my home. Lee mas

The Union is located at a very convenient location. Especially for someone who works in SF, but prefers to live in Oakland. There are some great staff members working in the office/ reception that are not only professional, but friendly. Will hear you out and take action on whatever issues may arise.
