I moved in a few weeks ago and there are two major problems:
1: While the tenant relations team members are pleasant, the team members pick up phone calls less than 50% of the time and do not return voicemail messages.
2: When I moved into the apartment, there were multiple things that were not functioning correctly. I have since put in 9 maintenance requests and, even though a full week has passed, nobody has contacted me to schedule the repairs.
