Been living here since 2018 and it's gone visibly downhill. The hallways are constantly dirty. I'm going to have to stop having packages delivered here because it's so unsafe. Packages are literally left anywhere and everywhere around the building. The building itself is also unsafe. The gate is finally closed after it's been broken and wide open for months, but it won't surprise me if it breaks again soon to be honest. I don't think the place is a lost cause, but it's definitely far from what... it used to be.

Thank you so much for your feedback. It’s very important to us to address the concerns of our residents promptly, and we take great pride in providing a great place to live. Please contact us so that we can work with you to resolve any remaining... issues ASAP. If you see anything unsightly in the hallways please let us know right away and we will be happy to clean them up. Our hallways are cleaned twice per week, and our teams do try and clean up as needed throughout the week if they see any trash, etc. We understand the frustrations regarding the package deliveries and have been working closely with delivery personnel to report these issues and help improve the experience for all of our residents.
