Worst Attitude staff
I have lived in many different apartments and Altitude by far has the worst attitude I’ve encountered and I would suggest that everyone stay away from Altitude.
When I moved out, I verbally asked the Altitude staff if I had to do anything to stop being charged for PG&E electricity fees and the staff only told me “you are all good.”
The day I moved out, I sent Altitude an email and asked Altitude in written again, “Could you tell me if there is anything I need to do so I won’t need to pay any... electricity fees incurred after my move-out day?” Altitude replied my email and did not tell me that I needed to stop the PG&E service by myself.
Weeks after I moved out, I received bills under my name from PG&E and the bills indicated that after I moved out, Altitude (not me) was using a lot of electricity in the unit I used to live in.
For this problem, reached out to both PG&E and Altitude. PG&E told me that they cannot spilt the bills in between my move out date to send “the bill for the electricity used by Altitude” to Altitude. So I asked Altitude if Altitude would agree to pay the electricity fees used by “Altitude.”
And Altitude responded to me and said, “We have no way of reimbursing you for this service. I can try and call PG&E next week and find out what can be done.”
That is to say, I have to pay for the electricity fees used by Altitude (not by me) after I moved out because Altitude told me false info to mislead me.
Altitude staff has the worst attitude and customer service I’ve ever encountered.
Altitude gave me false and misleading info at first, and then they simply dumped the problem caused by Altitude’s false/misleading info by saying “We have no way of reimbursing you for this service. I can try and call PG&E next week and find out what can be done.”
I therefore recommend everyone stay away from Altitude.

Thank you.
