Poor management

The property is brand new in a great location. The only reason I’m not giving this not even a 4-Star is because of poor management. Almost 2 months after I moved in, the callbox is still not functional. Mind you that this is a BRAND NEW BUILDING. Everything should be operational before residents start moving in. This is ridiculous!! I’ve called the office multiple times about this and they’ve told me nothing but lies. The last time (which was over 1 month ago) they told me that it should be up a... running in 1 week. The same goes for the gym that is supposed to be accessible 24/7. It’s still not available for use. And the biggest issue of all is that in the year 2021, they are still requiring residents to mail a check or money order as the only form a payment for rent. No way see your bill and/or make a payment online. Yes, in the 21st century Denver.
