Lion's Gate Apartamentos

Since moving into this apartment over a year ago I have had major issues with electrical and heating. The power in my apartment goes out at least once a day due to multiple units sharing breakers. I have reported this problem countless times always to be told that it was being worked on. It has become apparent that it not only has it not been worked on but they have now decided to raise my rent by $400 a month even though these problems continue to exist. As far as heat goes, my apartment in the... winter stays at a consistent 90°. When I have spoken to management about this issue they have simply told me to open my windows because there's nothing that they can do. Obviously they are running some sort of slum here in which they don't actually put any care into the units. They have recently redone the outside of the building and I'm assuming that this is the reason that they have decided to raise the rent so much. Steer clear of this location at all costs even though the price looks good you will have many other issues that you were dealing with. Management is generally unresponsive and when they do respond quite often insinuate that I am either lying about these issues or that they didn't know that the issues were occurring. Lee mas
