Location is great

Close to Belmar, Sloans lake, and Lamar station, this apartment complex is perfect for someone who likes going out. The ease of access to downtown is great and there is plenty of shopping nearby. The complex itself is nice, with a huge dog park. Apartments themselves are updated and the complex is quiet. Plenty of street parking as well and each unit gets its own parking spot.

Awesome Amenities, Nice Office Team!

I toured this apartment last week with Sean and had a great experience! He was nice and had so much knowledge about the area and the building.

I fell in love with the views from the outdoor spa and lounge. Such a nice little community. I just wish there wasn’t a waitlist for parking. We have 3 cars and that would be challenging.

Living at West Line Flats

I have lived here 3 years now. The manager is very dedicated to her work not just in the office also outside by helping with grounds. The leasing staff are very knowledgeable. Maintenance is the greatest. They are on top of it when it comes to work orders and up keeping of the whole property no matter what season it is. I would recommend living here to anyone, the amenities are well kept up and very clean.

Better than expected

The Team: everyone is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and will work tirelessly to ensure your experience is excellent.

The location: The W Line to Union Station is a 2 minute walk from the building. It takes no time at all to get downtown. For a person who used public transit for the past 4 years on the East coast, I love being able to continue that method of commuting.

The building: The photos don't do it justice. The common spaces are beautiful, well designed, and easily accessible. I...
love hosting gatherings with friends here b/c there are a lot of places for us to gather. The individual units are beautiful as well. Spacious kitchens, wood floors, lots of natural light, in-unit laundry, and massive closets. It's rare you get all of those in one unit at a reasonable price and West Line nails it.
Dog Friendly: There is a massive place for pets to play in the back of the property. It's great to find companions for my dog without having to travel to a dog park. There is a place for her, right on site.

I've been really happy with my relocation and a large part of that has to do with my beautiful new home. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to move here.

Nice enough but parking is a disaster

I ONLY recommend living here if you do not have a car. They must not have thought of parking at all when building the apartments, because there are far too few parking spaces for residents. We have been on the wait list for spots for months, the parking lot is fully reserved even though half to a quarter of the lot is always empty. There are some spots I've never seen a car in. There used to be enough street parking that you could usually find a spot, but the street parking is in a neighborhood... so it can be kind of awkward parking in front of someone's house while they're watching you. However, now there is not even street parking if you get back past 6-7 pm, you'll have to park blocks away, which again, it's a neighborhood so that's not exactly feasible. If you park somewhere wrong, you'll get towed and the apartment complex chose a tow company half an hour away, so it will cost $250.

The apartment itself is nice enough, everything is new and the people in the office are nice and helpful. But with how bad the parking is, to the point we can't even have friends over since there would be no parking for them, it's not worth it to live here ultimately. I think the complex has to change something major to ensure parking for their residents.
