Westerly Apartments

There is constant dog barking and people yelling at the dog park they placed in the middle of the majority of apartments. During the warmer days you can smell dog poop and pee!! It’s so gross. I am kept up all night (sometimes until 2am) most days from people at this dog park. Then woken up at 6am from more dogs barking. I have put on earplugs with headphones blasting music and could still hear dog barking. We and a lot of other residents have said we would NOT have signed a lease here knowing... that a dog park would be built outside our window. There is a large number of residents we have talked to who are unhappy, bothered, upset about their new lack of privacy or shocked with their decision to place a dog park without considering how it would negatively affect residents day to day life. Love Westerly! Everyone is friendly and they do a good job keeping it clean. The only thing that would make it better is adding EV charging area.

The amenities are top-notch, and the pool and hot tub are meticulously cleaned and maintained daily by the dedicated maintenance team—an impressive level of care that’s truly appreciated!!!

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and always quick to address any issues that come up. I really appreciate how fast they get things fixed, which makes a big difference.

The only downside I’ve found is that the rent is a bit high for the area, and it feels a little excessive to have to pay an extra fee just to park your car in a non-covered spot. That’s a bit of a strange charge,... especially given the price of rent. But other than that, the apartment itself and the service are solid! Lee mas

The Westerly Team has done a fantastic job welcoming me to the community. The grounds are well-maintained, the staff is lovely, and the residents are extremely friendly. The Westerly was a great place to land.
