Love this place

I been living here for 2 years is a place that is peacefully, clean, and quiet. Joel the guy of maintenance he is super nice, friendly, and responsible.

Maintenance could be better

My first month was rough immediately needed a new washer and dryer which took a while to get. Still have problem with my refrigerator to the point I can’t even keep food in there. Most of the service request end up getting closed without resolution. If I’m not home for them to come in it will just disappear. Would be nice if we could schedule an available time so I don’t have to stay home all day just to get issues potentially fixed or delayed until something can be done.

Clean and peaceful

I am about to enter my second lease, and I'm pleased with my living space and how clean the maintenance team keeps everything, the neighborhood looks nice. My family enjoys the diverse range of food trucks and events that are organized for residents. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone, our experience here has been very positive.
