Perfect place to a fresh start, Heat and Hot water included. One and two bedrooms with huge living spaces and even bigger closets!(Ladies !!) All REAL hardwood floors, and newly tiled kitchens. Quiet neighborhood surrounding with some six flags background noises. Very nice inground pool and tennis court on site. On site laundry service. Excellent staff and the managers Paul and Gail are very nice and care about you. Located in Agawam 5 minutes from 91.

I moved into my apartment last February 1st and since then they upped my rent by $30.00 in August. I am a senior citizen and live on a fixed income so this was a block and hardship to my budget. I love living here and having two bedroom so that my brother and relatives can stay over on their way to their destinations. I love the hardwood floors and most of all, the deck that oversees the CT river. I have a birdfeeder in back and enjoy watching the different kind of birds that stop by to... visit and munch. I am nearby Six Flags Amusement Park in Agawam and enjoy hearing the cries of delight from the children on the rides. Lee mas

I have been living in my Riviera Apartment for nearly 5 years now. The price for my one bedroom apartment is very fair for everything I have here. There is a wonderfully kept pool, located right on a river, tennis courts and on site laundry all make life very easy and enjoyable. The apartment managers are very friendly and quick to fix any issues that come up. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of rent increases occur every year or so, however, still worth the money in my eyes.
