Emery sucks
I’ve lived here now for 6 months and couldn’t be more disappointed. The parking is joke and the management team has and will do nothing about it. Would you want to live somewhere where you’re forced to pay to park but never guaranteed a spot? On top of that, if you’re not parked in a spot they’ll just tow you without warning. Not even a courtesy call and then when you to complain about it in person they tell you “you should write us an email”. You’re just a number here and it’s way over priced... for the extreme lack of service. I’m giving them one star only to get peoples attention but if I could I would give them a strong negative 10 out of 5 stars

Hello Anonymous,Thank you for leaving your feedback. We understand your frustrations and apologize that you have been towed. Our parking policy at the community is clear and put in place for safety as well as operation of community facilities such... as trash removal as well as snow plowing. When a vehicle is parked in a tow zone, we do our utmost to contact the owner however when their is continued disregard for parking policies, we are forced to remove the vehicle. If you have further issues with parking, it is always best to communicate with management, with an email or phone call to let us know what is occurring. We are always more than happy to reply.
