Unprofessional New Management
Do not move here. This building is under new management and they are very unprofessional. I have loved living here and love my apartment, which is very sad. A lot of people who also have lived here for years are leaving due to the new management. If anything goes wrong, do not expect them to help. They do not care about their residents and flat out told one person that they are "here to make money" after charging them incorrectly. My package was stolen and I was told that the cameras in the... package room do not work and that "people have been going through their renters insurance or shipping carriers for a refund." While in the same breath the manager wants to say that there is no theft going on and that it is from dishonest delivery workers. These delivery workers are the same people who have been providing our service for years, so that is ridiculous. No accountability and no customer service.
