I’m pretty happy with our place especially after having our appliances swapped. We had very old appliances upon move in. Our power bill dropped considerably once we had everything replaced. Everything was falling apart before then. I’m happy we could work with them to resolve the issue and give us working appliances. Overall happy to be here.

All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Apartments all appear to be in good condition (from what I’ve seen) and the clubhouses are nice and clean.

It's been Okay I've enjoy it love the area and the complex but it would be nice to have management update the appliance especially when they know it the original one when the complex was built but other than that the I'm enjoying my stay here

I mixed feelings about the property. Been here for 2 years and haven't had too many issues with the neighbors especially after moving to a new unit on the ground floor. I just wish the apts. had more space for the price they are charging and also if the inside renovations were done with some integrity. The front office staff when different when I moved in. Before the ladies were pleasant and very helpful. This new crew seems a bit harsh and irritated when asked too many questions. This is part... of the reason I don't go to any of the front office events because I don't feel like I belong here and I definitely don't want to be around other people. Overall, since I stay in my little hole in the wall and don't bother anyone, then everything is fine.

My experience as a whole is good just a little disappointed that they don't upgrade some of the appliances ie. Refrigerator or stove pretty much the same appliances when complex was built but like I said over all I'm pleased
