DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!
This has by far been one of the worst property managements I have ever experienced.
Starting at move in, I was told that I might have to wait to move into my apartment because they were not done cleaning it. That was a JOKE. My apartment was not cleaned. They may have replaced the carpets and that was it. I had to mop several times before my floors were cleaned. Also, upon moving in, multiple things were broken, missing, or not working properly. I still to this day do not have a drain plug in... my bathroom sink. A towel holder was hanging off the wall, the buzzer to the apartment doesn't work but neither do the locks to the building doors.
I have put in multiple maintenance requests to get things fixed. They have canceled some of them and marked some of them as completed even though they never did anything.
At one point, I noticed water damage in my ceiling (I am on the bottom floor) and put in a request to have it addressed. After almost 2 weeks and no call from maintenance, my ceiling started to collapse and water was leaking into my apartment. They ripped out the drywall and exposed a ton of MOLD in my ceiling. And the hole sat open for a whole MONTH. The Property Manager told me she would personally call me when she hired a contractor to fix it. Imagine my surprise when maintenced called to tell me she wasn't going to get a contractor and so they would just do the patch job themselves.
They also LEFT MY STOVE ON when I was not home, when I had a maintenance request for that. All I got was an "I'm sorry" for COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE. Now, my dryer is burning my clothes for the SECOND time and they have had a whole week to contact me.
Save your money and go literally anywhere else. I can't wait for my lease to be up.
