Perfect for Transitional Living

We sold our home and needed a short term lease while in transition to our permanent residence. Our closing date changed a few times and Francisco was more than helpful in getting us in an apartment at just the right time. When we moved in, there were some things that needed to be fixed and the maintenance & mgmt. teams faddressed them all quickly.
Before deciding on The Vive, we toured 3 other apartment complexes. We felt more welcomed and appreciated at the Vive than anywhere else thanks to... Francisco. So far, we've had a great experience!

Worst apartment I've lived in.

I have lived in several apartments but none nearly as bad as this one. They say towing is enforced yet people parked illegally constantly. Parking is awful there!! Gates didn't work for the whole two years I lived there even though they advertised it as a gated community. Half the time, management didn't know how to answer questions or I'd get different answers from different people. For the most part, my neighbors were quiet, at least. People never picked up after their pets. Management would... always send out emails about fining people for it but they never did any good. Maintenance guys were nice but only did a maintenance check once a year, the air vent filters really needed to be changed more than once a year. I don't recommend this place. I knew several people that lived there in the two years and they were equally as frustrated with management as I was.

Wonderful place to call home!

I love driving into our beautiful community after a long day at work and being so grateful for the wonderful Sanctuary home is here! The Vive has been my home for almost a year. The staff has always been friendly, courteous and helpful. My apartment is well appointed, spacious and like the community; it feels like one of the places you go on a really nice vacation and wish you could live there ... and here you can! Ha The amenities provided make life alot more convenient and compared to other... apartments in this area you cannot find any better! I am very happy here.

I would never recommend Integra Springs

Don't rent here!! Go elsewhere!! If I was given more than 50 characters, I would explain why!
