Very "exclusive" application process
After repeated attempts to contact staff, I finally received a reply and was told, essentially, not to waste my time in hoping to get a unit in the building. Not in those exact words but the gist of it was that I had no chance. I was told that there is no application as such. That they would fill the units with people they considered fit the profile. I got this very uncomfortable feeling about the whole thing. How do they know I would not make a better tenant than those on their list? Nothing is... worth dealing with staff who are that "exclusive" about their tenants.
So my 1 star is not based on the property but on my communication with management.

Saladstone, sorry that you felt your time was wasted, unfortunately the building manager left employment and they had not yet been replaced. We currently have a building manager in position who would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
