The Edge at Yardley Apartamentos

I have been in the complex for 3 years and I have seen it all. The rent is too high for what you get. All rules and requirements are meant to get more money from you. When I first moved in, it was $30 per month nonvoluntary fee to pick up your garbage at your door 7 days a week (which I never use). Now, it is 4 days a week, if they decide to come. Another example is they give you a "free" garbage can when you move in. Great!!! Now, when I am moving out, it has to be spotless upon return... or I will be charged $150. The last straw was, that my toilet broke on Friday around 7:00 pm, late I get it. However, they did not come to fix it until Monday morning at 8:40 am. It is a one-bathroom apartment. We had an excellent experience with The Edge and highly recommend this lovely rental community. We recently had an issue in our apartment that we needed help with and Nafis came to the rescue! Nafis resolved the issue, going above and beyond to help us! The property manager, Joan, also was super helpful and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommend The Edge!

Out of all the area apartments this is the nicest. Moreover, when we had a problem maintenance especially Nafis spent countless time figuring out the issue and solving it. I want to thank him and the entire department for going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. Even the property manager, Joan, stopped by to help solve our issue and ensure we were totally pleased. I would recommend The Edge at Yardley for short and long term stays.

Management never, and I mean never answers or returns phone calls/emails. We had a problem with billing and they did not respond to our email in over 2 months! Called and left voicemails and never received a call back.

There is too much to say about this place. They will do anything possible to get their way. Staff will go out of their way until you sign the lease then they will act like you are a stranger. Don’t make a bad decision and pick The Edge. Unethical management will shake you down until they take all your money. Do proper research and you will see this is the last place you want to live.
