Before you sign the lease...
Before you sign the lease, ask yourself if you are ok with these:
1. Living with random water outages without notice.
2. Having folks from other apartment complexes drive up and play soccer in your community "tennis" court and endangering cars in the parking lot outside the court with impunity. also, people playing tennis in the parking lot.
3. Have a tree branch fall on your car as a result of poor property management.
4. Having a "shared" community manager which is equivalent to not having one... . I don't know if this is still the case but good luck with the office people after your lease is signed.
5. Good chance your rent will be raised at the time of lease renewal while the rents are falling all over Austin. there is probably some brain dead AI that is recommending this.
I wish I had known these issues before I moved in.
