Don't Do it!
Lived here for one year, and issues began almost immediately. The main parking lights electric converters are mounted to side of these units, so if you happen to live on the ground floor you’ll experience a loud electric humming noise, reverberating throughout the entire unit. It took them 2 months to replace it, only for the issue to re-appear few weeks later. I also had numerous issues upon move out; they weren’t able to locate the original move in checklist (conveniently), only upon move-out... they had free-will to charge for items that were already broken, bad shape or worn out. For example, I got a unit with worn carpets (which was noted when lease was signed) then I got charged $113 for a cleaning fee. $65 for a microwave cleaning fee, even though I left the place spotless, even going back to the unit again with a professional steamer to make sure there wasn’t anything left over. Trash disposal is also a joke, they won’t pick up on Sundays and Saturdays, when you cook the most or have people over, and accumulating the most of trash than any other days in a week. Often, the trash service will miss your unit and leave your trash in front of your door, triggering a notice or violation of having trash by your door. Stay away and look elsewhere!

Move-In Inventory Form: When... we receive the inventory form from our residents, we provide a countersigned copy for your records. This is to ensure transparency and prevent any discrepancies later. I apologize if this process wasn’t clear, and I’m happy to discuss any items you feel were not accurately reflected.
Move-Out Charges: I understand that you feel your apartment was left in excellent condition, and I’d be happy to share photos of the items we needed to clean after your move-out. Our goal is to ensure that each unit is in top condition for the next resident, and we appreciate your understanding.
Trash Collection: We understand the importance of consistent trash collection. While standard valet trash services typically do not operate on weekends, we always attempt to ensure any missed trash is picked up promptly. We’ve asked residents to inform us if their trash was missed so we could address it directly, as leaving trash out over the weekend can attract pests. I’m sorry if there was any confusion, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
Noise Issue: We apologize for the delay in addressing the humming noise from the electric converters. Maintenance issues are something we take seriously, and we strive to resolve them as quickly as possible. I’m sorry that the solution we provided wasn’t lasting, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Don’t move here!!!
Had mold in our apartment TWICE due to an AC leak…it lasted a week for each instance and they didn’t even off money off rent, a hotel room, NOTHING!!

Great property!
My family lived here for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. The office staff was terrific to work with and the property is beautiful. This was the best apartment experience we have ever had!
