The management through this catastrophe that occurred 2/15 has been absolutely uncommunicative. There are people with severe damage and loss of service. There was no way to contact management. General letter of "we are working as quickly as humanly possible". Unacceptable. There should have been consideration of residents for restoration of service, repair schedule. Their response was "it is a national disaster", no tornadoes, hurricanes are national disaster. We offered to use wet/dry... equipment to clean up 2 inches of water in bedroom. They said we have no equipment. This is poor excuse, not allowable hotel accommodations, Apartment is not liveable. Mold and Mildew will start in 48 hours. Health is not a concern. We were advised to use our personal insurance. We have $100,00 liability they will be able to draw on. Then it will be done cheaply. The maintainance is inadequate for this property . Do not rent here . We will not be allowed prorated rent even though we have had to be out for 15 days.
