Do not move here.
I lived here from 2024 to early 2025.
Staff is rude and unorganized. Maintenance is slow. My building in particular had a problem with carpenter ants, other small gnats that got in through the screens, and birds making homes on balconies and pooping all over place, including the stair rails. Children live in these buildings. No anti-nesting measures were taken.
On the move in day itself, I was given the wrong key to my apartment, and had to have maintenance go and get the correct one. I was... standing outside my apartment I was already paying for 30 minutes until I got the correct key. It took them a month of pestering to come take the cardboard boxes we left out for recycling pickup after unpacking. There were still dead roaches and grasshoppers in the apartment even though we had asked repeatedly for them to be cleaned before our move-in date.
Maintenance staff would often leave water bottles in the corridors between apartments and they would not get picked up for weeks.
The gates were always broken or malfunctioning.
The hot water for the showers lasts maybe 10 minutes.
If you live on a third floor, the cost to run the AC is ridiculous. I have lived in other third floor apartments before with the same square footage, and my cooling/heating bills were a minimum 200 dollars less.
They do not enforce curfew rules and many times there were loud parties at the pool adjacent to my building until 2 to sometimes even 5 in the morning.
They do not know how their package system works and refused to do anything when Amazon would deliver packages to the wrong boxes. The staff refused to call the package system manufacturer to have someone come open the boxes so we could get our packages out (since apparently they did not know how to or had a key to be able to do so).
When I was touring, I specifically asked if this location had Frontier fiber internet, which the staff enthusiastically confirmed they did, but they did not. I called after I moved in to ask why I was told they did, and received the reply that none of the staff know all the services the complex offers because there were "too many".
I repeat. Do not move here.
