Poor management of property
Over the past couple of years since the current management company took over the property, it has really gone downhill. There's not a day/night that goes by that people are driving into or out of the complex blasting their car stereos, sometimes in the middle of the night!
Guest parking is most times unavailable because residents are using those spaces and not paying for them (guest parking is $3.50 for every 24 hours, which I think is absolutely insane!). There have been a few times that... friends of mine have wanted to come over but had to go right back home because there was no guest parking available anywhere in the complex!
I send messages through their resident portal, but never receive responses from anyone. I had received an email
in late Sept 2023: "Residents using the pool and grill area unauthorized, you have been caught on camera." I fired a reply immediately back to the office saying that I hadn't been in the pool/grill areas since before Summer 2021, so I had been incorrectly identified as the perpetrator. It's now late Feb 2024 and after sending 2 more inquiries in this regard via the resident portal, still no response from management. I have looked everywhere I could think of on the web for an actual email address to use instead of the resident portal, but no luck.
