Trust me when I say I have lived in different apartment but this is the best of them all, It is safe and clean, gate works and they fix it quickly when it's faulty also the trash are taken ontime.
We had roaches problem recently this happened in all the apartment complex in the area at that time and i knew that cos i work very close and my colleague at work complained of the same issue in there different apartment complex, so it was a really big breakout of roaches situation in all apartment... nearby at that time but the management here manage things well.
I also love the fact that they always act quickly and nicely whenever you complain of any problem and "they always pick the call".
The best of all my experience here are the staff, they are the best especially the manager.
It's sad I have to leave but I recommend the apartment 0. Lee mas

ROACHES! You think you know roaches but you don't know roaches. Don't be cheap. Pay an extra $100 bucks and find a nicer place to live. I made it 2 months with cockroaches in my coffee pot, in any open beverage, every wall, every morning, scattering everywhere until last week I thought I felt one on my face in the middle of the night. Turned on the lights and searched with my little vacuum and yup, found it in my bed. Management still hasn't fixed my sink after pest control recommended it twice.... Pest control sprayed so much they had to stop because they said it wasn't safe for me to be in the unit with that much spray. And the roaches didn't flinch. The office staff are friendly and very nice. But don't cheap out like I did. You think you can deal with the roaches until you can't. Then you're spending thousands like me to break a lease. I could've spent an extra $100 and just gotten a nicer place. Lee mas

Terrible management, not a good area, inefficient appliances, take care of new tenants before existing. Take your family somewhere safer

This place was my first apartment ever and it was a bad experience the entire 16 months the lady’s in the office have no respect even the apartment manager when she calls she never introduce herself so unprofessional threw this whole pandemic they have really been the highlight of my anxiety and STRESS . I wouldn’t recommend I could write a book on the amount of disrespect I’ve received living here but my time is much to valuable good day people.
