Can't judge a complex by its reviews because 1 star is all that is deserved. These are very well past live able and there isn't any life left in them the city should have them condemned. Let's just say that Christmas and New Years of 2022 was the absolute worst for everyone that live there. A transformer (that needed to have been fixed) blew!! All of the residents on the right side were in the freezing cold and the dark, some had just purchased food for the holidays and gifts for their kiddos ... so there wasn't any additional money to go rent hotel rooms. All we received from the management at the time was that they were working on it! They were warm and full from a hot meal while we were in cars with the heaters on trying to keep warm and worried about running out of gas. Once the storm had passed the only apology that was received was from the management with an explanation on why it took so long and oh yeah rent is due again and you will only be credited $30-$60 for being in the freezing cold from Christmas Eve until New Years day. and the moral to this story is don't settle for less and if you have to even then be careful with your selections.
