I have been living here since 2019 and yes old management under the name of Gold Creek was not really good at all but now under new owners as Remi apartments and all the good upgradings that they have done All it’s good and new management are good, fast response, safe place to live and affordable.

Management has NO service communication because they RARELY answer calls at all. When we called AND e-mailed about lighting issues they never reached out. IF they reach out is for their own concerns. Why pay extra for trash when I always had to do it myself since I moved here? I have been away from home but my wife lives in the apartment and had found out from her. ( I am away because of the army). Not to mention they are increasing the price $200 for a 1 bedroom/ 650 sqf

Beautiful property for a great price. The night is lit up with security lights and the management is great. The internet and cable is included! We love our recent move to Gold Creek.

I moved into Gold Creek in September of 2020 and my experience was overall a good one at the beginning. In the last several months, however, that has not been the case. I first noticed the poor customer service when I spoke with the office about the gate hitting my car and damaging it. I was told by the manager that they would reach out to their manager to see if anything could be done. It’s now months later and I have never heard anything else about this. Fast forward to two weeks ago when our... AC unit stopped working. Maintenance showed up and stated a part needed to be replaced, and let us know it could arrive the next day or could be longer. To cut a very frustrating story short, we have now been without heat or AC (minus a small window unit in the living room) for two weeks. After a few attempts of getting to some type of resolution, all I have been told is that the part still isn’t available and because the temperatures have been mild, it is not deemed an emergency which I can understand. However, I have requested a call from the office manager 3 times at this point with no return of my messages.

As someone who’s job and livelihood relies on the level of customer service I offer, I’m honestly surprised that laughably low level that I have experienced during this whole situation exists. One hopes that while living somewhere there won’t be a much need to involve management much, if at all, but in the event that situation does arise, I would set your expectations very low because you’ll be met with empty politeness/promises and next to no communication and follow up. Management is terrible. Lived here 1 year and they changed management over 3 times without any notice to us.
