I absolutely love it at de ola. The residents have amazing neighbors, Very quiet and their respectful. The management is also brilliant and amazing when it comes to the residents and I couldn't choose anywhere else to reside. Amazing community. I have chosen a perfect place for me and my family if I could do it all over again I would choose Del Ola once again.

My experience as a resident has been mostly positive. The living conditions are comfortable, with well-maintained amenities and clean common areas. The management team is responsive and quick to address any maintenance issues, which has been a big plus. I’ve also enjoyed the sense of community here—neighbors are friendly, and occasional events make it easy to connect with others. The location is convenient, with nearby access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, I’m... satisfied with my stay and would recommend it to others.

Safe and clean community. Gates always work and parking never an issue. Can barely hear train across the street. Responsive maintenance upon request with easy to use resident portal. Front office is tough to communicate with but will eventually come around.

Living at Del Ola is absolutely amazing; the neighborhood is absolutely peaceful. You might ask what is so peaceful about it? Well, the answer is the beautiful trees, the courtyard, and all the water fountains give the ambience of serenity.
