Port Royale is a beautiful water front community where I was able to meet some life long friends. It has been a very good overall experience for me. Most all of the staff are super friendly and supportive.

I signed a one year lease here as a New York resident to have a place to have a getaway. BOY WAS I WRONG. From constant maintenance issues, pool reconstruction, elevator maintenance, parking garage problems, CONSTANT leafblowers, jackhammers, and general noise, it seems to never end here. Even how they collect the trash by dragging dumpsters through the courtyard at 8am several days a week, i mean it eems like they just cant do anything here in respect to the actual residents here. As my lease... comes to an end Mar 1, I could cry tears. I would rather be in the NYC ambulance noise than live here one more day.

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the incredible staff. They go above and beyond to ensure every resident feels comfortable, safe, and fully supported. Whether it’s help with maintenance requests, organizing community events, or simply greeting you with a friendly smile, their dedication creates a truly personal and uplifting atmosphere.
One of the highlights of my experience is waking up each day to the breathtaking views. No matter where you are on the property—strolling... through the landscaped gardens or sitting in the cozy lounge—the scenery is consistently stunning. It’s easy to find a sense of peace here, surrounded by natural beauty and tranquil spaces that make it feel like a serene retreat.

Wonderful move in experience and the first month is going great. Compared to other properties, management seems very on top of their duties and in touch with the residents. Staff are all friendly and helpful and the building is gorgeous!

My resident experience so far has been excellent.
The move-in process yesterday was smooth, harmonious, and stress-free. Having an elevator reserved exclusively for us made the process much easier, and that level of attention to detail was invaluable. Additionally, Lavie’s support was outstanding. Her dedication and effort to communicate in Spanish truly made a difference, and I am very grateful for that.
I have no doubt that Emera Port Royale is better than even a 5-star hotel. Here, you not... only enjoy luxury and comfort but also the feeling of being in a true home. I am very excited about this new chapter and being part of this wonderful community.
