This place exceeded my expectations in every way! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities are top-notch, offering everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The entire complex is impeccably clean and has a fresh, pleasant fragrance that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The views are absolutely stunning, making every moment feel like a getaway. Additionally, there are plenty of well-maintained walking areas throughout the... complex, perfect for a peaceful stroll or a morning jog. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

The parking is still a joke. My tag was stolen off my vehicle and I was ticketed for an expired registration. I submitted documents to the parking company several times to no avail. I filed a BBB complaint against the company but the company already has a terrible rating. I cannot believe Emera associates itself with such a terrible company. I submitted a complaint to the leasing office but never received a response.

It's been great so far. The maintenance is very fast and helpful. The leasing office tries to make your stay easy, and if you have any problems, they will try to fix them. The amenities are great and in good shape.
