STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE!
Where do I begin. I don't usually review anything but I absolutely must. I have been living here since June of 2017 and they have made living here just miserable for me. I am a VERY positive person and ALWAYS give everyone the benefit of the doubt but they fell short in more ways than I can keep track of. Their mailroom is so unsecure and yet they have done nothing about it since 2020. I have had several things stolen that were delivered to me, and most recently a package from a dear friend who... went to far lengths and spent alot of money. The people who work here are extremely unethical and inhumane. There was mold in a unit and they did nothing. They avoided the issue and did everything but what was needed to remediate it. Mold can kill you!!! I dealt with it for several months, physically. I even got nose bleeds from my body reacting to the level of toxicity in the air. Also, the water heater leaked open and needed replacing. I was not there when it happened. They replaced it successfully but did not turn out the light when leaving my unit and it remained on for 3 months until my return when I noticed it on. I called them to let them know of this and they gave me such a hard time. I asked that they reimburse me for the excess I paid for this in my electricity bill. Not only did they mention I did not having any evidence that it was in fact left on by the maintenance staff, they gave me a hard time for just $30. The front gate is often open for whatever reason. I have seen 4 trees on the property fall on cars. When I mentioned this to them 4 years ago and strongly suggested they remove all the old trees from the property they chuckled at me to my face. The past 2 years they have raised my rent 11%. This is 3 times the standard yearly rental increases. There are fees for everything. For example, I asked if I could have another key fob since mine is slightly cracked due to normal wear and tear after 6 years of using it which is understandable (it was given to me in 2017 already with signs of wear) and they insist you pay $100 for another one. If you already live here and are added to someone else's lease they charge you another application fee of $85. I could go on and on and on listing a half dozen other MAJOR issues with this apartment community. Why one would choose to live here is beyond my ability to reason. I CANNOT BELIEVE anyone has given even 1 star to this place. I have to put one but it is only so I can put this up for you.
