It's a relaxed community. I like that it is near everything downtown. There are nice parks near and the complex offers great amenities. Trash trucks can be heard 7 days a week, though, early morning.

Great leasing team and property management. Amenities are fantastic and neighborhood is great. The move in was super easy and the apartment was clean and in great condition on handover.

I enjoy the location, the maintenance staff, and the amenities this apartment has to offer. The office staff and general upkeep (specifically the parking gate) leave a lot to be desired. Apartments are also very thin so you can hear your upstairs neighbors every move.
