I love living at Modera Old Ivy! The team has been incredibly kind, and any issues are resolved fast which is very important to me. There is also always someone at concierge desk to help 24/7 when the leasing office has closed for the day.

Beware
maintenance issues with gates, lights and elevators are nearly constant. Office staff is great unless you say something they don’t like: prepare to be berated and gaslit should you bring them any kind of issue they don’t want to solve.
Should have never moved in and wish I’d gone with my gut day one when maintenance flooded my apartment connecting my dishwasher and then screamed at me about it.
