Love it here ! Elevators seem to be out of service a lot . Also on Thanksgiving the lounge area was locked … not cool , especially without any notice

We could not enjoy our time at Modera more! The location cannot be beat. The apartments are gorgeous and spacious and the amenities are the best we found while apartment searching. The gym is next to none and the pool is perfect! The staff is top-notch, helpful and personable from the leasing agents to the concierge to maintenance. I would 100% recommend living here! Have yet to have a bad experience in the year since we've moved in. Happy to revew our lease!!
