We have lived here for a while and as any place there is up and down times as a company. One plus is there was some lawn care changes and when it snowed the snow crew was here early enough for the morning 7am people to safely leave without being stuck in the snow. Another change that has been positive is that higher ups are being more proactive when issues have arose and are quicker to respond to the issues. We still have a lot of people that are not following the rules or not keeping the... apartment complex secured but it's gotten better since we moved in.

Nice, clean, convenient place to live. Allows dogs and residents are genuinely friendly to each other. The location is situated in a nice location to grocery stores and shopping. Would recommend.

Overall, staff has been improving on getting to maintenance calls quicker. General up keep of the building is cleaner and the clientele they have been renting to has improved. Hoping for more amenities or mailing improvements in future.

Office personnel are always attentive and helpful . Maintenance responds quickly and courteously to repair requests and concerns, I appreciate that the hallways are vacuumed and elevator is mopped weekly.
